sx6s Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1. Introduction

Welcome to sx6s — Pakistan's premier online betting and casino platform. sx6s operates a sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and crash game titles accessible to eligible players via the website at https://sx6s.asia and any associated mobile applications or platforms ("the Platform").

These Terms govern all aspects of the relationship between you and sx6s, including account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), participation in betting and casino games, receipt of bonuses and promotions, and the use of responsible gaming tools.

These Terms should be read together with the sx6s Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the sx6s platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. sx6s operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or affiliate of sx6s or any of its partner organisations.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the sx6s platform.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and are not doing so under duress or coercion.
• Participation in real-money online betting is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing the sx6s Platform from your location.

sx6s reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the sx6s platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details current. sx6s reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading registration information has been provided, including but not limited to name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details.

3.3 Account Currency

All sx6s accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and displayed balances are all in PKR. sx6s does not guarantee any particular exchange rate if funds are received in or converted from a foreign currency.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sx6s account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.

sx6s will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify sx6s support immediately via live chat. sx6s is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

sx6s employees will never ask for your full password. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sx6s currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your sx6s account balance within seconds of successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating institution. sx6s is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at sx6s is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier interface and may vary by payment method and account status.

5.4 No Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. sx6s does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your sx6s account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. sx6s does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. sx6s reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 7 for full bonus terms.
• sx6s targets processing withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa rapidly, typically within hours, subject to verification status. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• sx6s reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by sx6s are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions that are communicated at the point of offer. Players must meet all applicable requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Minimum odds requirements and excluded games may apply. Full details are provided with each individual promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

sx6s reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to circumvent wagering requirements.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

sx6s reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered to eligible players at sx6s's absolute discretion.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sx6s sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are not accepted from individuals acting on behalf of third parties.
• sx6s reserves the right to restrict, limit, or decline any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as professional bettors or syndicates.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, sx6s reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies to all markets including cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other sports.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it may not be cancelled by the player except where an early cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant market closes.
• In-play bets are subject to the live odds at the time of confirmed acceptance. Bets placed during a technical delay affecting the live feed may be voided at sx6s's discretion.
• PSL and international cricket match results will be determined in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

9. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on the sx6s platform — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slot titles, and crash games — are governed by the individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail.

Crash games including Limbo operate on provably fair mechanics. The mathematical integrity of these games can be independently verified. sx6s does not guarantee any particular outcome in any casino game. All games involve risk of financial loss.

sx6s reserves the right to void casino game rounds affected by software malfunction, disconnection, or any technical fault that materially affects game integrity. In such cases, stakes will be refunded.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sx6s platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different identities.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical aid to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated play designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Money laundering or attempting to use the sx6s platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point, including during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

sx6s is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. The Platform is intended for entertainment only and must not be viewed as a source of income. 18+

sx6s provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the sx6s platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the sx6s platform — including but not limited to the sx6s logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the exclusive property of sx6s or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any sx6s content without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sx6s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The sx6s Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sx6s does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform functions.

sx6s's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your sx6s account, bets, transactions, or these Terms, you must follow the following process:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the sx6s support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Provide full details of the dispute including account information, date, amount, and nature of the issue.
• Step 2 – Internal Review: sx6s will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the sx6s support team, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute escalation process outlined in your account correspondence.

sx6s's decision on disputed bets or game outcomes, following completion of the internal review process, shall be final and binding.

15. Amendments to These Terms

sx6s reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the contact details on their account with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the sx6s Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent amendments were made.

16. Account Termination

You may close your sx6s account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

sx6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a competent authority requiring us to do so.
• Your failure to comply with identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, sx6s reserves the right to withhold some or all of your account balance pending investigation. Any balance determined to be the proceeds of prohibited activity may be forfeited.
